VVIP (Agung): 1 patient (private room)
VIP (Batur): 1 patient (private room)
Class 1 (Lempuyang/Seroni): 2 patients per room
Class 2 (Batukaru/Sari): 3 patients per room
Class 3 (Uluwatu/Puspa): 5 patients per room

What facilities are available in the rooms?

Facilities vary depending on the room class. However, in general, each room is equipped with AC, Smart TV, Tissue, Telephone, and Blanket. For more detailed information, please refer to the Facilities menu.

Is smoking allowed on hospital premises?

To maintain a healthy environment, smoking is not permitted within the hospital area.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments can be made via Cash, Bank Transfer, Contactless, and Qris.

Does Kenak Medika offer cost estimates?

Yes, you can request a cost estimate from our Customer Care. However, please note that the estimate may differ from the final cost.

How to make a reservation?

Online reservations can be made via WhatsApp at 08113930911. Offline reservations can be made directly at the registration counter.
Services are available 24/7.

What are the visiting hours?

Morning: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

- Evening: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- A maximum of two visitors per patient is allowed. Special policies apply for ICU visits. Children under 12 are discouraged from visiting.

Is it necessary to make an appointment to see a specialist?

Yes. It is recommended to schedule an appointment in advance to reduce wait times and ensure the availability of the specialist. For more information, contact Customer Care at 08113930911

What should I bring when seeking medical treatment?

A valid form of identification, Insurance details (if applicable), Referral letter (if available), Previous medical records (if previously treated at our hospital).

Does Kenak Medika accept BPJS Health insurance?

Yes, we accept BPJS Health (a referral letter from the First-Level Health Facility is required, except in emergency cases). For full details, please contact our call center.

What is the BPJS Health procedure for outpatient services?

- First, visit a First-Level Health Facility (FKTP) to get a referral letter.
- Bring the following documents to the hospital: BPJS Health or KIS card, original ID card, valid referral letter from FKTP, control card (if previously treated at our hospital).
- Register at the Registration Counter.
- Consultation with the Specialist Doctor.
- Follow-up Control (if needed).

What are the conditions for using BPJS Health at the Emergency Room?

Conditions that are life-threatening, pose danger to oneself, airway obstruction, loss of consciousness, hemodynamic disturbances, require immediate action.

What types of insurance are accepted?

We accept most major local and international health insurance providers. For a complete list, please contact the hospital directly.

What should I bring to request my Medical Records?

You must bring:
- Government-issued ID such as a passport, residence ID, KITAS, or driver’s license
- Your Health Insurance Card (if available)

Can I authorize someone else (e.g., a lawyer, parent, employer, or insurer) to receive my medical records?
