1. BPJS Kesehatan Procedures
In accordance with the Minister of Health Regulation (Permenkes), BPJS Kesehatan services at Kenak Medika Hospital adhere to the following provisions:
Outpatients: Must bring a valid referral letter from a Primary Health Facility (Faskes 1) such as a Community Health Center (Puskesmas) or Clinic.
Emergency Conditions (IGD): BPJS Kesehatan patients can be treated directly in the Emergency Unit without a referral letter, subject to medical emergency criteria.
Required Documents: Active BPJS Kesehatan card (Digital/Physical) and KTP/KIA (Child ID Card).
2. International & Private Insurance Services

Cashless Method: Available for insurance providers that have officially partnered with Kenak Medika Hospital.

What is the BPJS Health procedure for outpatient services?
- First, visit a First-Level Health Facility (FKTP) to get a referral letter.
- Bring the following documents to the hospital: BPJS Health or KIS card, original ID card, valid referral letter from FKTP, control card (if previously treated at our hospital).
- Register at the Registration Counter.
- Consultation with the Specialist Doctor.
- Follow-up Control (if needed).
What are the conditions for using BPJS Health at the Emergency Room?
Conditions that are life-threatening, pose danger to oneself, airway obstruction, loss of consciousness, hemodynamic disturbances, require immediate action.
