Yes. Kenak Medika Hospital is committed to providing comprehensive healthcare access by accepting patients with BPJS Kesehatan (Social Security Agency for Health), National Private Insurance, and International Insurance.

1. BPJS Kesehatan Procedures
In accordance with the Minister of Health Regulation (Permenkes), BPJS Kesehatan services at Kenak Medika Hospital adhere to the following provisions:
Outpatients: Must bring a valid referral letter from a Primary Health Facility (Faskes 1) such as a Community Health Center (Puskesmas) or Clinic.
Emergency Conditions (IGD): BPJS Kesehatan patients can be treated directly in the Emergency Unit without a referral letter, subject to medical emergency criteria.
Required Documents: Active BPJS Kesehatan card (Digital/Physical) and KTP/KIA (Child ID Card).

2. International & Private Insurance Services
We collaborate with various global insurance providers to facilitate both expatriate and tourist patients:
Cashless Method: Available for insurance providers that have officially partnered with Kenak Medika Hospital.
Reimbursement: We provide complete medical records and medical reports for patients using the self-claim system.
Coordination of Benefits (CoB): Supports the integration of coverage according to your insurance policy.

- First, visit a First-Level Health Facility (FKTP) to get a referral letter.
- Bring the following documents to the hospital: BPJS Health or KIS card, original ID card, valid referral letter from FKTP, control card (if previously treated at our hospital).
- Register at the Registration Counter.
- Consultation with the Specialist Doctor.
- Follow-up Control (if needed).

Conditions that are life-threatening, pose danger to oneself, airway obstruction, loss of consciousness, hemodynamic disturbances, require immediate action.
